Unfortunately my order was deleted internally which meant that I had been waiting for my order for seventeen working days before my follow-up email triggered an enquiry. This is despite paying a surcharge delivery costing me £17 (the cost of the personalised blanket was £27). Though the response time for the enquiry was remarkably quick, I repeatedly asked for management to look into this issue and my request was ignored repeatedly. When I asked about a compensatory gesture, nothing was done besides waiting for a new order to be dispatched and paying me back £7 for the delivery charge. Absolutely heartbreaking as the order arrived way too late and the quality of service was poor. I would not order from thie company again. There are many other competing companies that will allow customisation/personalisation of blankets, and will only take two to three working days. The company I chose to order from was Neutrum Bear - they’re service was AMAZING, super quick and their quality of blanket was BRILLIANT.
