I was so excited….

I was so excited to receive my daughter’s bag…. First the communication wasn’t very good. But what’s the most disappointing is the stitches… I asked for the half sun like in the pictures and the daises and I got this …. Also the zippers are plastic and not how they are shown in the pictures. I’m just soooo disappointed… the stitching is beautiful but other than that …. I’m not too happy about.
